Chapter 17: Temperature and Heat
Blog #1 (2/25/2014)

Summary: the graph of Fahrenheit and Celsius assuming that it's a linear function graph, measure the temperature of water in a soda can as it goes to equilibrium after pouring in hot and iced water and find the specific heat of water outside and inside the can.

Linear Graph of F and C
Dimensions of the can assuming its perfectly cylindrical together with the amount of water poured inside.

Solving the Cu/Al bar with 100C on the left side and 0C on the other side.

Solving for specific heat

Apparatus of the experiment with water inside the can and around plus temperature probes.

Graph of hot and cold water poured in can as it reaches to equilibrium over time.

Specific heat of water which is the slope of the graph.
